The Johns Hopkins University Master’s in Sustainable Energy program has been instrumental in preparing me to make a tangible impact in the fields of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and sustainability. Additionally, the integration of data analytics and software solutions within these courses has helped me understand how technology can enhance corporate sustainability strategies.

One of the most impactful experiences I had was working on a policy-tracking project related to Zero-Emission Vehicles (ZEVs). This hands-on experience deepened my understanding of regulatory frameworks while reinforcing the critical role of data-driven decision-making in both energy policy and corporate sustainability. It also gave me the confidence to advise on software solutions that integrate energy efficiency, compliance tracking, and corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies.
